Question: What's the difference?

Here's one more example of boosting up the lighting. The first picture is my 20 gal with 15 watts, all I could grow was those betta Bulbs you get in Petsmart. Now I have two stock lights on top of the glass and I was able to add a few more plants (and eventually take out those betta bulbs).

I'm going to start shopping around for bulbs & fixtures. As broke college student, I have to shop around.
