Coralife Power Center tabs ?

I have a Coralife Power Center single and I can not find the blue and yellow "tab" I need to turn up to activate timed outlets. Can anyone tell me where they are ?

Unless they changed how that product works since I ordered one, the blue and yellow tabs don't "turn up", they just slide back and forth to open or close a timed outlet. See the picture here. Note that the top-most blue outlet is closed off, while the other three timed outlights are open.

The only parts that "turn up" are the grey tabs around the timer dial.

I see the sliding outlet covers. I do not understand what you mean by the gray tabs around the timer dial. I don't see them. Could you explain them ?
Thank you

Since I have no idea what the parts are actually called, it's probably easier to work with a picture. I've attached a snapshot of what mine looks like right now, focusing on the dial and the little grey tabs/levers/whatevers around it that are used to control the timed outlets.

Note that the grey tabs are in the "up" position from 8am-12:30pm and again from 4pm-9:30pm. Any time the tabs are in the "up" position, the yellow outlets are active... anytime they're in the "down" position, the blue outlets are active.

I know those tabs (ridges) are 15 minutes each. So you are saying I need to push each tab down for the time period I want the blue outlet to be "on". Right ?
For 6 hours I need to push down the appropriate 24 tabs.
If so: What are the three symbols on the inner dial for ?
Thanks so far, I think I am getting it.

Correct.

They're used for setting the current time on the device... flipping the tabs so that the yellow outlets are active at 8:00am requires the unit to know when 8:00am actually is.

Unfortunately, I don't recall how that's done. I set it once, and haven't touched it since. I do remember there being instructions both in and on the box that explained it, if you happen to have either of those lying around.

I had the box and the instructions but I could not have done it with out you help. I found the "tabs" but the word tabs was a poor choice on their part. But we got it done.
Thank you.
