Need some help here about lighting

Ok here goes: 120 gallon xh tank. The only light that came with this is your normal 32 watt.
I want to start a low light live plants in this specific tank. BTW the fish tank is 5 ft.long, pretty tough finding light hoods for this baby,so I have to go with a 4 foot hood.

Now here is the question: Which of the following would you suggest:

A. 150 watt Corallife Freshwater compact = 150 watts 4foot

B. T6 HO= 216 watts 4-56watt bulbs, 4 foot

I'm leaning towards the T6 High Output. Which would you go for? A or B

Thanks, John

If you can afford it, go with B. That'll give you enough light to potentially keep low-moderate plants.

Well just to let everybody know. I did get the 216 watts with moon lights, plus I even kept the other 40 watt bulb(thought it was 35 but it was a 40 watter) Now with 256 watts,It's truly amazing the difference it does for plant life. Gives me a little over 2 WPG

Plants are thriving and the hornwort has to be trimmed twice a week,1 plant has taken up about 1 foot of the aquarium and all it needs is to be inbedded in the gravel and the eco-complete that I added. When I trim the plants, about 8 to 10 inches off,I plant them in the rear of the tank now.

The only plant that I'll never touch again is Java moss,. All it does is clog up the canister filters. Out in the garbage that went after 4 weeks, only have a small amount left that I tied to driftwood.

I also set up 2 of those DIY CO2. At first ,I darn near killed all the fish, but now I got the hang of it., No airlines on during lights on,but then when lights out the airlines are on.

Even for the 1st time ,my Discus have had 2 spawnings but with no luck yet with little ones..

For the 1st time .I had an algae outbreak on the plants and walls, but I turned that around by getting 8 oto's. These little buggers don't stop eating algae..
