i have the nocturnal blue lunar light, and today i received the lunar link. the link seems to be more of a purplish blue while the lunar light is blue. has anyone else noticed this?

the only reason I would think it would be that way is so that the bright point or hot spot would be in one spot (the moon) and the darker color would be its casting or shadow casted from that source they might do this so the fish don't think that there is more than 1 moon or hot spot to the lights. I work in the stage lighting industry we layer lights next to each other to get the same affect.

apparently the link i got is defective. so current usa is sending me a replacement.

got the new link today, and learned that the lunar light is the defective piece. the link is the same shade of blue as the link i thought to be off. i actually prefer the color of the defective light to the link.
oh and current usa has great customer service.
