Is there a big difference between brands of lights?

As I continue my search for lighting for my 55g, I have come across someone on ebay who sells Catfish brand lighting. The prices are reasonable, the fixtures come with one year warranties, and shipping is free.

However, I've never heard of Catfish lights. I don't know much about lighting, so I don't know if there's a huge difference between the brands.
