Incandescent Light Bulb Replacement (HELP URGENT)

I am planning on buying this canopy: (cheap enough!)

http://www.drsfostersmith.com/Produc...fm?pcatid=3792

It asks for these incandescent bulbs:

I just read they're no good for plants.

What can I replace them with?

Will those weird, Wal-Mart, screw on fluorescent bulbs work AND be good for plants?

Any help, please! as I am ordering tomorrow (Friday) morning!

I think I just fixed my own problem.

Fixture:

Light:

Or will the light it comes with be enough for Bettas plus moderate lighting plants?

Has anyone seen a similar (CHEAP) fixture, but, with two bulbs?

My original hood for the 10g had two incandescent bulbs, and when I went to buy florescent replacements, I found out that buying a new florescent hood would only cost a few bucks more and be cheaper in the long run.

I have a 20" (18" bulb) and it's pretty bright. My plants are for the most part doing ok. I don't think the dual bulb fixtures come any smaller than 24", but they still use 18" bulbs, so if you don't mind the fixture overhanging the sides of the tanks a bit (I believe you have a 10g?), you may find a cheap one (though I don't think the word 'cheap' applies to multi-tube and CF fixtures at all).
