HELP: My Mollies attack my koolies

Hey I have 2 koolies, but my mollies always attack them forcing them to hide in a hole. What should I do?

Welcome william!

Your tank is very overstocked!! You are supposed to have about 1 gallon of water for every inch of fish you have

10 gal / 28 fish!!!!!

I would say take your fish back to the petstore and start your tank over. having a new tank with that many fish can be very deadly!

Every aquarist should know of the Nitrogen Cycle here is the url,

can you post a pic of one of the unknown fishys? I can help you identify it.

and to answer the original question, the mollies are probably crowded and therfor feel threatened.

Welcome.
Though it's unpleasant advice, I agree with Angelfish. There are very few fish that will do well in a 10g tank, and fish tend to get aggressive and sick when they are cramped in a too-small space.

Oh no... that sounds bad, (btw i have 19 fish actually...10 unknown little ones, 5 mollies, 2 collies, 2 blue gouramis)
Everyday I add the bacteria liquid thing which creates the bacteria to clean the tank, and my tank so far looks quite clean. And I have a filter which is for a bigger tank. Is that enough to keep them happy? So far no one died yet.

5mollies=10inches

Looks like a tetra, maybe a white skirt? I have attached a pic of a white skirt, see if they are like that.

Hi my little ones are sort of golden color with a horizontal strip across the top fin.

Anyway the bacteria I use is : JBL Denitrol - Aquarium Starter, is that good enough to keep the tank conditioned?
