I spent all day today looking around at literally 5 different Local Fish Stores, and none of them have Kuhli Loaches. I even looked on the internet for those illusive critters, and it seems that no one is selling them. If I do find a loach off of the internet, is it rational to trust that it will arrive safely? Also, if any one is selling kuhli loaches, I am interested in buying. Oh, and if any one lives in the Huntington Beach CA area, do you know of a store that has kuhlis in stock? Thanks in advance.

Petsmart's carry them all the time. they are the plain brown version tho not the "striped" ones.... of course im in a completely different state so i could be wrong.. sorry i cant be of more help

Petsmart was the first place I tried, and they didn't have any loaches what so ever, but thank you for your response.

it took me awhile to find them too. One thing that could save you time would be to call the store before going there and ask if they carry them, that way you don't have to drive there and you also don't run the risk of deciding a store doesn't have them when really they just don't have any in stock at the time you visit.

that's a reputable site, they even have a 14day guarantee... just the plain ones, but better than nothing.

there's a store near me (Seattleish area) that sells the striped ones for 3.99, if shipping weren't such a beast, i'd gladly send you some. good luck!
