The more you have the more active they are. Are they going into the 160L? If so that tank is already stocked to capacity.

Ya it comes and swims along with my fingers when I have my hand in there moving some large stuff around. It is very odd from what I have read about them.

Try and make it look like a coolie though, and make sure you use aquarium safe paint. lol

would two kuhlis in a 10gal work? if so, how many hiding places would they need?

They generally burrow into the gravel. If you have more space 3 is of a better option. But i think that 2 can be fine too.

I have 3 and yet i see mine not at all!!(besides peeping faces) I thought after a while it would come right and i was just dieing to see that circles they do. All they want to show me is their bushy mustache!
