What Gender Are They?

I 'rescued' a pair of kribensis from a friend today who told me that she just didn't want them anymore. Since bringing them home, they've been off exploring the tank and generally settling in, though they weren't best pleased when I decided to do a water change (should have left that til they settled I think!)

Anyway, one of them is really big, and the other is really small, but I have NO clue what gender they are lol. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the horrible quality of the photos. They weren't too keen on posing for the camera lol.

They both look like males to me too but they don't have much color. I would wait to see how they color up. I bet now that they are in a nice tank and being taking care of they will color up. These are fun fish, you'll enjoy them.

I'm in two minds as to whether to keep them or give them to a good home. My tank is only a 29Gal, and I don't know that it'll be okay to keep two males in that close proximity to each other, especially considering that one is much larger than the other.

I may keep one, and give one to another friend of mine. I'm getting rather attached to the larger of the two lol. He's such an imp!

I shall try for you. The smaller is very much a shy fish compared to the bigger one. Give me a little time, and I'll see what I can do.

Okay, so I managed to get a couple more photos of the smaller one. Hopefully, these will make it easier for you.

I think it is a female bcuz males have a pointed dorsal fin without spots on them while females dont have the pointed dorsal fin and has spots on them. The first picture below is a male and the second photo is of a female
