My first Cichlids

What a great day off ive had, popped to an old LFS who is closing down and he GAVE me 10 kribensis as well as an albino looking one, see photo, now desperatly waiting on my new tank to cycle as the other is way over stocked :S

WOW , gave you those ? Some people have the best luck,lol.Those are very nice looking fish. White kind is the white one?

well the owner said its an albino kribensis but im not so sure...

It is an Albino Krib. You'll need a big tank for all those!

definetly a dwarf cichlid, but thats as much as i know as these are my first. also what size tank do you recomend, i only have smallish ones at present which will do fine, but obviously they will grow reasonably quick. Also is it best to keep them in a species tank rather than a community as i know i have at least 1, posibly 2 breeding pairs

Thanks all, yeh they are beauts, ghreat markings and strong red on some of their stomachs. I was never interrested in the cichilid breed before but now i cant get enough, plus i get to get another tank.
