Makes sense, but most killifish are able to go in a community tank.

They can be very active if given the proper set-up. And the majority are nonaggressive.

With plenty of plant cover and other hiding spots.

heres my killi... his name is Ace... his best friend Spade committed suicide and jumped out of the tank within the first few days that we got the 2... now Ace is the biggest bully in the tank and attempts to swallow sinking wafers whole just so no one else can eat.
