Killifish stocking?

Hey everyone, I was at the LFS and they had something called a "Magic Fish Kit" with the fish eggs, and all you have to do is dip them in water lol. Obviously these were killifish egs, and the man working there conformed it. (My dad was like "What in the heck are killifish?" LOL). I love their colours, and they only get to about 1.5-2 inches so I was thinking about getting one for either one of my tanks. My tanks are as follows:

12 Gallon:
4 Black Neon Tetras
4 Glow Light Tetras
2 Pepered Cories

20 Gallon:
2 German Blue Rams
6 Percilla Tetras
2 Bushy/Bristle Nose Plecos

I do keep on top of water changes and my rams are doing fine so I'm doing something right . Could I get a killi?

Thanks!

I have 2 questions for you,
1) What kind of killies were they, if you know?
2) What sex are the GBR?

Not all killifish stay small like that, and some get large and aggressive. Nothos stay small, though.

I think you could put a golden wonder killi in the 20, although those 2 plecos are going to produce A LOT of waste.

That is very true Jaysee, but I don't think the golden wonder killifish would have eggs that you can 'just add water' and they will hatch, those are more of the African species, like Nothos, Callopanchax, and Fundulosoma thierryi and Pronothobranchius kiyawensis. But the Nothos are more common and they are more numerous then the other types.

My German Blue Rams are male and female. I thought all killis stayed small, looks like I9 was wrong. I'm not exactly sure, it was probably an annual species since you could just dip the eggs in water.

Absolutely right. I was suggesting the GW as a fish, as opposed to starting with eggs.

Oh, I think that's where I had the misunderstanding.
