Calling all Scots!

Does anyone know of anywhere in and around the Fife area where I could get some killifish?

No, but just out of curiosity, have you had killifish before?

No ive never had killifish before, aaages ago at my LFS there was a batch in which I turned down because i didnt know a great deal about them. The next day they were gone my lfs doesnt usually stock them, they were just a batch a customer brought in. Its the australe in particular I was looking into for when I get my 65 gallon up and running but im a bit wary because I hear mixed review about killifish.. so im not sure what to think

Hi, Its the orange australe killifish I was hoping for (at least I think thats their proper name-im dont know much about killies!) are they ok community fish? I spoke to my lfs and their supplier doest have the australe kind but they did have others listed, can anyone recommend good starter killifish? And also, are they easy to breed opr are they quite difficult?

To be honest, the killies that I have are Rivulus cylindraceous and Aphyosemion Bivitatum "Lagos". They are great little fish. They are very hard to find, but they are both worth it. Some killies are easy to breed, some are very difficult. But you just need to know your stuff, just do as much research as possible, and that should be great.
