How sensitive are they?

How sensitive are the electric blue JD? I had a normal one before and I thought he was very hardy.

EB's are just as hardy as a regular JD providing you feed it a quality diet and perform good water changes. Their weaknesses show up in force when they aren't cared for properly. They are weak to parasites so if their immune system is not up to par, then they could fall to that. Generally speaking when I hear about EBJD's not doing well, it's because of some weird disease or parasite. Otherwise, once they are past the 2-3" mark they are as healthy as most other fish.

They are a fish you can't say I'm gonna skip a water change this week. A regular JD could deal with that, but a EB could be a touch more finicky about it.
