Well those are all pretty aggressive fish that can hold their own... but occasionally the breed doesn't completely make up the personality... if your Red Devil is getting his bottom kicked by the Dempsey, it might be a good idea to separate them.
Also, I was under the impression that each Oscar needs about 50 gallons... and you have a lot of big fish in that tank; you may be overstocked, but all these fish you're talking about aren't the ones I'm knowledgeable on I'm afraid. :/

So you have a Red devil, two Oscars and a Jack Dempsey in a 100g tank. Unless they are very small fish you are w-a-y overstocked which makes the aggression of these naturally aggressive fish worse. You could remove the jack Dempsey and put him in another tank if you have one or trade it in at the LFS. Eventually you are going to have the same problem with the other fish.

With a 100 gallon tank, although it is a big tank, you have big fish. And all 4 are territorial, and 2 aggressive, the RD and JD.Oscars are really more territorial rather than aggressive.I would keep either keep the O's and get rid of the other 2 or keep the RD&JD and get rid of the O's.If you are having issues now,you probably will until disease and possibly death reduces the numbers.Adding another fish might make matters worse.

wow im curious as the size ratio of the jd and the red devil? my jd's are super great fish and get along with everyone..maybe take him/her out and reorganize the deco..then put him/her back in...mine have a beer mug they hide in all the time...they are so laid back I sometimes forget they are there...but my oscars are bigger so maybe that makes a difference....as others have said, you are or will be over stocked so if you plan on keeping them all, heres a few tips...

every other day water changes of at least 40-50% using prime, fresh garlic juice, vita chem..with a good vaccuum twice a week..
carbon used but changed every 3 weeks....(just the carbon changed not the filter media)

I have all these fish in my tank, oscars, jd's, cnvicts, and my tank is overstocked but by doing the above, I have a perfect tank...other than my oscars redecorating the tank daily, I have no issues...its alot of work lemme tell ya, but as an owner of big fish, and still saving for a bigger tank, you gotta do it to keep them...goodluck
