I noticed the other nite wen i got up and made a movement in front of my tank there is some kind of creature or something in my tank which makes a small flash of light. its some kind of living thing. does anyone know what they are.

If i tap on the glass or move infront of it when the lights have been off for a while they flash.

what are they. is this common, haha or hav i found a new species of something......

I've heard of an organism that emits flashes of lights when a shrimp tries to eat it. The flashes of light attract the shrimp's predators. Seriously awesome defense mechanism.

I'm guessing it's something like that.

yeah it sound similar but i can never see or find them.... its frustrating me i wana no its really kool. i fu hav ur tank in a really dark room, you can see it at nite otherwise you wouldnt know.
but im guessing everyones tank would hav them,
