Lobster?

There was a black and white lobster looking thing that is about 2 inches long in my LPS. It was digging a little burrow underneath some live rock next to a goby. I asked the owner of the store what it was and she told me it was a Spanish Lobster and that it was not for sale. A google search for Spanish Lobster is not cutting it Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of it. Anyone have any ideas what it might be?

did it look similar to this?

If so,that's a good reason for it not being for sale. It's illegal to sell and illegal to ship. Not to mention they will eat everything in the aquarium.

It could have been a pistol shrimp if it was with a goby. I have one with my yellow watchman goby, and I can hear him clicking. Look anything like this?

It was a lot smaller and there was no color to it at all. It was just black and white, it would pick up gravel in its claws and deposit it outside its burrow. It could be the baby version of that lobster? I would hope not, that goby was getting pretty comfortable next to it.

Edit: Oops, I didn't refresh my screen! It does look like the pistol shrimp! Thanks so much!
