i need somebody tell me, in the surface of the water start to develop like a white fine dust, like a fine cloudy whater what is that?? is it bad and how can i prevent for happening?

Can you take a pic?
Is it foamy?
Did you just add anything to your tank?

It's not a good sign. Probably build up of Lipids and Fatty Acids(oil) along with protein matters. Does your filter skims from the surface? Are you running Protein skimmer? If neither, try agitating the surface a bit to break up via coarse bubble aeration (not a long term solution) or point the pH toward the top and consider acquiring PS!!

This will slow the O2 exchange at the surface aswell.
You can remove it, as I do.
Just use the gravel vac, turn the vac upside down start a syphon and let it skim the surface, it easy.

i'm running a skimmer and one power head id facing the surface to breake it, but still not working
