New coral??

I ordered a fixture of T-5s and boy did it do some work. First my LR started growing the pink-redish color about a day after the lights were turned on. Which is awesome cuase I hated the white color. Well anyways I have this coral or mushroom growing on the LR. I looked it up on the net but no results.
It is a very light pink it is like white and peach mixed. It haves the shape of a rounded mushroom but its not poking out. Its hard and stuck to the rock. It also haves very small holes on it. I think it is a mushroom but its stuck to the rock.

Are the edges free like a mushroom? Does it have a central stalk and the rest is not attached to the rock, or is the whole thing attached? I'm guessing its a type of sponge because of the description with the holes and it being attached to the rock.

Does it get agitated to the touch? Most mushrooms will react to being touched.

Maybe its too young to feel any thing. If its a sponge how do I take care of it. Don't sponges need excellent water??
