ID Help, please!

Need help identifying this thing. It looks like a tiny white dot with a darker center and a bunch of little legs sticking out. At first I thought it was debris stuck to the glass but decided to leave it alone. Today I noticed it's gotten bigger and it twitches its legs constantly. There's an even smaller one next to it now!

Sorry for the crappy pic but it's all my camera could do. It kept wanting to focus on the rock inside the tank and not the little spec on the glass.

Any ideas?!

eeeuuuu..... are you sure its 'legs' are twitching and not just movement from the current of water? Is it just mold... stuck to the glass and not something alive?

When you think that 2/3 of the planet is covered with water and you get some LR and you end up looking at things going " WHAT IS THAT " just cracks me up.
Think it could be a young Aiptaisa....
This link may help ID some of the other " WHAT IS THAT "

OHHH Goodness! I really should have looked at his aquarium info. If I knew it was a SW tank with LR... I would have had another opinion on it.
Thanks Peter for clearing that up for me!

I thought Aiptaisa stuck to living on rock and not glass

With your camera, you can try and holding the shutter button down half way so it focuses and then after it locks the focus you can move away from the tank tell the thing is in focus. That might get you a better picture to help ID it.

OK, got clearer pics and as you can see, there are more of these things!! Can anyone help me identify them? Should I get rid of them or let them be for now? If I look at them from the other side (profile) they are little bumps on the glass with spines. I was thinking urchins but this many?!?! I have at least 2 more on a side glass panel and the back glass panel.

I guess, according to what I've read so far, they just come and go and would only become a nuisance if they stay, over multiply and get big and fat! I think I'll just waited out and see what happens.

They tend to be more of a problem in fry tanks. they are a type of jellyfish and do sting, but due to their size I would not worry about them unless you have small fish, fry etc in the tank.
If you want to remove them, just syphon them out. If you break them up into small bits, each bit will grow into another Hydroid... Bit like Aiptasia
