trying to figure out what anemone this is and how to get rid of it when its in the middle of my zoos

looks like majano anemones - to get rid of them you can lower the lighting levels for a few hours making them stretch out more and then put on some rubber gloves and remove them by pulling from the base of the anemone. Or you can inject them with concentrated kalkwasser (into their mouths). I'd try the removal by hand method first.
