I got a balloon kissing gourami and myntigerbarbs keep picking at it i have it in a divider rite now what do i do

Tiger barbs are somewhat aggressive fish. This can be helped if they are in a proper school (5 or more), but they may always be aggressive toward a fish that seems week. Gourami already kind of have targets painted on them for many smaller aggressive fish, and I'm guessing a balloon gourami has less of an ability to defend itself than normal gourami.

so what should i do

The first thing you can do is fill out the tiger barb school so that they have five. While you're doing so, reorganize the tank, moving the decor around, and add more plants and such to add more hiding places. There is no guarantee that this will work.
If they are still belligerent, your options become limited to: getting the balloon gourami its own tank or bringing it back to the fish store.
