how do you give yourself that bar thing that comes up every post with animations pictures or basicallly anything computer postable

Look Edit Signature Under My Settings at the top left.

Try re-sizing the picture.

If the exact message reads "BB code size value is too big", then the message is a good clue of what's going wrong. You're using the [SIZE] bbcode, and the value you're trying to use is too big.

A quick test shows that only font sizes 1-5 are allowed in a signature:

As soon as I try to do anything in a signature with a size 6 font, I get the "BB code size value is too big" message.
