Where Did My Post Go?

Have you ever made a post or started a thread and couldn't find it?
Maybe you posted in the wrong forum or unintentionally hi-jacked someone thread.
These things happen with new member who aren't familiar with message boards and even established members who weren't too sure where to ask a question.
There are times when the Mods move questions to their own threads or to the proper forum.
When possible, we will contact you and let you know something has been moved. However, that's not always possible.

So, where did your post go and how do you find it?
At the top of the page you'll find links to My Threads and My Posts.
Want to know if someone replied in a thread you posted in?
Click New Replies.

Still can't find it? Perhaps it was inappropriate and removed. In which case, you'll be contacted by the moderators.

I hope this helps avoid any confusion, especially with our newer members.

What should you do if you believe your thread was wrongly moved? Especially if no Mods commented in the thread saying that they moved it and why. (Which is exactly the situation I'm facing right now.)

You can leave a message on one of our profiles or ask in the thread Though we might not see the question there).
Once you have 50 posts, you can pm one of us.

I'll be happy to take a look at the one you're refering to.
Can you link it for me?

In the tool bar above is a button that says "my threads". If you click it a list of your threads will show up even if it's been moved.

It was this one: Test strips vs liquid testings

I meant for it to start a debate or conversation about if test strips are really as unreliable as everyone says, and why. Especially seeing as most conversations about them don't go into detail about what makes them unreliable, it seems like a lot of people just repeat what they hear about testing.

If you guys don't feel like it's a "hot topic" then I completely understand.

This is stickied at the top of the Hot Topics forum and best explains that forum:

These types of debates tend to be more passionate than debates about test strips or other products.

I think your thread is in the right place (under Test Strips) and I hope you'll get more members to give their opinions.

Sometimes it takes the system a couple of minutes to catch up.
Can you see it in My Threads now?

Hi everyone

We've been doing some house cleaning by moving threads to the proper forums.

The pic in post 1 should help if you can't find one of your threads.
