I don't think you're doing anything wrong, but the picture itself can upload just fine. At this point, it probably needs to be addressed from the admin side, which means Mike... I'll pm him and bring this thread back to his attention.

Checkin it out now. Not sure how to get images in queue... but will find out.

EDIT:
Ok - it was because of those images that were stuck in your upload folder... There were a couple of those 5 mb pics that kept trying to reprocess every time which is the reason for the memory error. I cleared out your upload folder so uploading pics should work for you now. I'll see if I can up the size limit on uploaded pics since lots of people are getting those fancy dancy new cameras with the larger pic sizes.

For any photopost admins coming along afterwards (and for me in case it happens again) and reading this, photopost memory failures are primarily due to large file sizes. If you get this error make sure you clear out the user upload folder so they don't keep getting the error. Sounds like the the programmers didn't code for exceptions and clear the upload folder when there are errors/exceptions in the upload process.

No prob - I couldn't figure out a way to delete images from the queue from the forum/photo gallery account. I had to log on to the server to delete them manually. No biggie.
