I'm sorry, I don't understand your question. Are you wanting to start a thread to ask a question?
If so go to the main forum page:
FishLore Forum

Scroll down and click on the topic that best suits your question.
Then click New Thread found at the top left.

If you want to suggest a new sub-form about a particular topic, you can do that here:
