Is there a place that I can view only "STICKIES"?

There's not a forum just for stickies. They are posted at the top of the relevant forum.
Ex: Loach stickies in Loach forum

Hi Beth, I think the only way is to navigate to the forum for whatever topic you're looking for. They're at the top of the page.
