Question: can't post pics

I can't get my pics posted it says something about fatal error....is there something I'm doing wrong with the size or something??

There is a max number of attachments that is 10 I think per post... I think there is also a cap on the total files that a member can attach in all of their posts throughout the forum. If someone has reached their maximum I think I can bump it up.
