I'm trying to add pictures of my tank. When I upload the pictures it says "upload successful!" but then when I go to look at my pictures nothing is there. Am I missing some important step?

I feel your pain kelly.I too have tried uploading pictures to share with folks but have not succeeded

Ok, I was able to upload to both the forum and the gallery... Can you guys try again? Maybe the server was messing up or something when you tried earlier?

Hi Mike.Thankyou for your assist yesterday with those photo difficulties.I read in a post of yours photo sizes can not be greater than 500kb.Apparently this was the problem from the start.Impressive site and forum by the way.Need to get involved so pictures coming asap.Thanks again Mike.

Ahh, yes, there is a size limit on the forum. The gallery size limit is much greater. So you can upload your photos there and add links to those photos in your forum posts, then you'll get a thumbnail image inside your posts. See here for info: How Do I: Link to My Photos

I've tried uploading my pics to the Member Gallery twice using Safari and once using Firefox, and it has never worked. It "uploads" for about 8 minutes, and then brings me back to the upload screen as if nothing happened.

Ozzyfan - I just tested with firefox and it worked for me... You mention 8 minutes for the upload, how big is the pic? Even if it's bigger than the allowed size, the gallery should take it and resize it, I believe thats the case anyway.
