I would like to update the picture I put in on the aquarium of the month entry. I didn't realize it wasn't a recent photo. How do I go in and add more?

You can open the category, in this case: Aquarium of the Month, and then in the top right of the picture gallery menu click on "upload photos" to add more pics to the contest.

If you just want to edit a photo, like title, keywords and description blurb - first go to the photo and then underneath the photo you'll see some small icons. You can click the little icon that looks like this: to edit the details or even delete your photo if you want to.
