While in the post page, scroll down under the post box under additional options you'll see a button called "Manage Attachments", click that.
Next, a new window opens with input boxes. Click "browse" to browse your computer for the picture. After browsing for the photo(s) click the "Upload" button to upload the photos to the server. When finished uploading, click the "close this window" button (at bottom) or link (at the top). That's it. Finish making your post and then click "Submit New Thread" and you're done.
