Just wondering: If i wanted to put 2 20 gallon heaters into a 30 gallon tank, would that work? Thanks

Sure, you can use multiple heaters. The extra wattage just means the heaters won't have to work as hard to keep the tank at temp. If you didn't have enough, the heater would constantly run and risks malfunctioning.

Evening. Also, by having two heaters helps to eliminate cold spots in your tank. Remember heat rises and it's suggested to place your heaters horizontally close to the bottom of your tank. Also should one fail you have a back up. Have a good night!
