Heater that goes up to 101 degrees

This may sound odd but does anyone know of a heater that can go up to at least 101 degrees. My African dwarf frogs have the chyrid fungus and I read about a way to sterilze their 4 gallon tank by having it to at least 101 degrees for a minimum of 6 hrs. This will kill all traces of the fungus apparently. And of course my frogs won't be in the tank will I am processing the heat treatment for the tank. The tank is acrylic.

I hadn't read about heat killing it off. I'm not sure that would work considering the fungus is effecting frogs in hot climates.
The best way to sterilize a tank thats been exposed to chyrid fungus is bleach.
For acrylic tanks, use a 20 parts water to 1 part bleach is recommended.

Oh, I have read that it likes the cooler atomsphere. Like shallow pools of water and such.
I already bleached the tank. I just wanted to be extra through with the cleaning.

I was just reading a some info on it a few days ago. It was dated from 2005.At that time it was foud to be on every continent except Asia.
It was an interesting read, I think I saved it somewhere. It even mentioned that it was carried in Hawaii by nursey plants.
National geographic just had a article about it too. Intersting enough they said the fungus doesn't effect tadpoles but if infected, once they morph they're fate is sealed. I forget what species they were refering too.
I've misplaced the magazine.

Well if you do need one such heater most hardware stores sell those heaters you can drop in a cup to boil it.....try that? Since yours is acrylic I'd keep it away from tank walls.
