does anyone use the tetra whisper heater?

Is that the one that has the black webbing looking paint on it? if it is The paint peeled off in my tank after about six months.

I had one go nuclear and fry a tank of baby albino BN plecos. I tossed the other 2 that we had. I don't recommend that heater.

im just using it right now till i get some extra cash in a couple months then im getting a better heater
