I really prefer heaters I can submerse, that way I can hide them a little better. That one clips on the aquarium edge. The problem with them is if your water evaporates it can drop the water level below the water line and cause the heater to overheat and burn out or crack and electrocute your fish(or zap you).

I'd recommend a submersible heater too and either a visitherm stealth, hydor theo or ebo-jager. A heater is a component that I'd definitely stick with dependable, top quality products or you can wake up to a tank of cooked fish.
