My Guppy fry - dead in mother's womb

Hi

I have witnessed this very sad moment . My guppy momma delivered dead fry(all of them) . I guess they must have been dead in her womb.

Someone suggested that she must have been stressed out due to water change.

She could have been stressed due to any reason and too much stress is bad for all types fish (...as far as i know...)enough to cause her to lose her fry.
