lights for best colors

Does anyone know what kind of light I should have in the tank to bring out the colors of the fish the best while having a light that will be natural for the fish and won't harm them (overheat, etc)? I was debating between UV, fluorescent, or incandescent.

i think guppies will look beautiful no matter whatever lighting you put. but i like incandescent lights
