Hello everyone!
Well, my female tequila sunrise guppy didn't pull through her last pregnancy, but did manage to release a few more babies. I had posted a question a few months ago about guppies mating with platies. I know some of ya'll said that they aren't able to cross-breed and to wait a while since they won't look like the parents in the first few weeks. It's been several months now, and the babies are getting almost tetra size. I am going to have to strongly differ on previous information because the babies look like an orange version of the Platy!!! I don't know if I've come across a miracle, or if maybe they just are able to cross-breed. When I get a better, more crisp picture of the babies i will post it so ya'll can have a looksie!! It's exciting how big they're growing! I can definitely see a resemblance with the guppy too in some of the other babies. It's crazy!! Just thought I'd update with this information to clear up any questions on guppy/platy breeding.
Thanks Again Everyone!!!
