There is a Dam near where i used to live and they were little fish and i realised they look excatly the same as female pet guppy but i could find any males. I saw one give birth to live fry so i know they are guppy, i was wondering what the males must be like and if it is werth catching a few and seeing what fry they give birth to..?

Any Ideas?

I think i would, just make sure to have a cooler water tank for them.
Btw I think they might be gambusia

Make sure it is legal to transport live fish away from the water where you are.

Would hate for you to be fined or something silly.

Ive done it before when i was new to this stuff and didnt cycle the water or do anything and they died it would be easy to transport just in 2-3 bags put one in each so they have more oxygen right??
