I was not planning to breed guppies in my 20G tank, I thought I had 2 males but one is pregnant so obviously they aren't. 2 days ago I noticed 2 guppy fry, but her belly was still giant. Yesterday I saw 3 more guppy fry on the bottom of tank. I hadn't planned for this and felt bad letting them get eaten so I scooped up the only baby I could and put it in a separate bag in the main tank. Today she still looks giant, she can hardly swim because her belly is so big and looks like shes panting. The male guppy keeps chasing her around and nipping her side. I feel bad for her and didn't know what else to do so I put her in her own quart size baggy with holes in the main tank so she could rest. Is she ok? Why is it taking days for the babies to come out? Any other suggestions for what I could do?

aww poor thing...getting a breeder box/net is best for her at this point....and now you need to restock 1m / 3-4f ..shes probably stressed from being harassed so much by him...hopefully with a breeder net she will release the rest...
