I have a 3 adult females, that look pregnant, and 3 males from the first batch of fry, they are about 2-3 months old, and they are harassing the females. I have seen them double team one of the females so much that I felt sorry for her. There are 3 females from the same batch of fry that the males are from but they dont seem to pay them any attention at all. Should I do something, if so what??

aww I have a tank like that! I have to remove my males at about 2 months old unless I have 3-4f per male....seems the females dont mature to mate as quick as my males ...do you have a spare tank for your boys until your fems are about 4 months old? then you can release the boys back with them...

Everyone is in the tank together. There are 3 adult females and 3 juvie females with 3 males. There are about 15-20 or so 2+ week old fry, 3 platies and 5 cories. The only other tank that is cycles is the 10 gal with my goldfish fins. I am stilll in the process of setting up the 72 gal.
