My female guppies look very pregnant. The have already started to square off. How do they behave when they are ready to drop? My last one stopped eating and had babies before I even knew it and she died the next day or two looking still very pregnant. Any signs I can look out for to let me know when they are ready? I would like to see it this time. Thanks much

Mine ussally go into the corner where the current is very weak and so I put them into the breeder box. You can ussally tell by how hard it is to catch them. Mine ussally give up very easy. Most of the time theycwill also stop eating.

After my guppies noticeably square off, they give birth within 24 hours, usually around dawn. They usually went into a quiet corner of the tank.
