I know my guppy I bought about a month or so ago is pregnant. She has been getting larger since I got her.

I've noticed this week she has been getting lazy. Hanging out in one spot most of the time. The only time she really moves is when I feed the tank or if I come up to the glass, she swims over and says "Hi."

Normally, she is very active with the rest of my fish. Does this mean she getting ready to give birth

Guppies can be pregnant for between 21-40 days, so if you've had her a month she'll give birth any day now. If you want to keep the fry you'll need to move her to a breeding trap or net, otherwise the other fish ( including the mother ) will eat them.
