Are my guppies pregnant?

Hey guys, I'm new to the fish world and all, and I know that there are a thousand of these posts, but maybe you guys can help me out.

I have a 10 gallon with 6 guppies, and platy, a gourami named Fred, and a pleco.

The guppies are 3 males and 3 females, and I just got the females today, wanting to have an excuse to buy a bigger tank because I would have more fish.

Looking around on the web, I found the whole gravid spot thing, and looked around in my tank (just to have a check in case), and found 2 of my females that had something similar.

The spot is fairly small, and more inward than most gravid spot pictures, but I would just like to know you opinions.

(The pics are slightly distorted because I couldn't get a good picture of them in a tank, so I put them in a glass for a minute and got them. Also, the spot is quite a bit darker than on the pics; just incase that might help. Just looking at it, they are completely black on both of them.)

Thanks!

Ok. Thanks for the quick response. I just wanted to know if I might need this really nice tank set I saw today, so the sooner I knew, the better.

Thanks again.

And MTS begins. I am sure you will need the nice tank setup you saw today. We always need a new or even used setup. I have a guppy tank that is a 55g and I started out with only 5-6 adults but needless to say we are full now and looking for some new homes to friends that live close by. From what I have learned from mine is about every 30 days the girls have babies again, and then again, and then again... Good luck. I wish you the best with your fish and I hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine.

Thanks, and I figure if they aren't pregnant, they're guppies; they probably will be soon.
