My Guppies are dying :(

Not sure what's going on with my guppy tank.

First my beloved Picasso died a couple of weeks ago, then another one a couple of days ago, then another one today

i checked the water,
nitrates 10
nitrite 0
hardness hard 150
chlorine 0
alkalinity ideal at 120
PH neutral at 7.2

water temp good, heated tank, tropical range.

the two remaining look good, although one looks a little chubby, the cory cat in there looks good too.

no observed aggressions.

now i know i said i wanted to convert this tank to betta tank someday, but i didn't want my guppies to die off so soon

any thoughts?

Any exteria damage? Inflamed gills?
Was there any symptoms?

Nothing there suggests why they're dying. Any possibility that something got spilled in the tank? Too much food or soap or something?

No, no soap, and no, these i don't have a problem with over feeding cuz my little guppy food is in a nice shaker and it only shakes out a little at a time.

i will admit that sometimes i overfeed the fishies on flake food cuz its hard for me to judge when the new flakes are big and i gotta break em down.
i get in trouble for this about once a week
but not with the guppies or the bettas.

WOW, that's very strange!!!

now the temperature has cooled down quite a bit in the last few days, but their tank is heated and temp is consistant.
