I'm sorry about the loss of your fish.
When you say your readings are fine, what are the numbers?
Have you added any new fish lately? What's the temperature of the water?

is the 'clamped fin' diagnosis for all fish or just guppys?

Anytime a fish shows clamped fins, it's not feeling well.
Unless there are species who normally hold their fins close to their bodies. (None that I can think of now)

I wouldn't move the fry to the baby tank until you determine the reason for the deaths. If it was an infection, you'd be transferring the infection to the fry tank.

I added new guppys a week ago and those are the ones that survived. All readings are 0 except for the PH - 7.8. The babys are all still alive.

thats not the sort of reading you'd expect from a fully cycled tank...it usually shows some nitrate content
