| Gourami themed tank? Hi
I have a 29 gallon tank with 2 common plecs, 1 black skirt tetra, 1 albino skirt tetra, 1 RTS, and 1 powder blue gourami. Unfortunately I have been forced to rehome my beloved plecs as they have definitely out grown my tank. So I was looking to have a gourami based tank as they are my favorite species of tropical fish. I was wondering if I could fit 1 opaline, 1 sunrise, 1 powdered, and gold into my tank and if so what order I should introduce them to reduce stress and violence. Thanks. |

| I think mixing types could go wrong. They are aggressive towards their own types, like DG's will fight other DG's. They are lovely fish, but I think generally, it's best that you just have one. I'm not sure how well they interact with their subspecies, try it if you wish, but it could go quite badly.
Also, my RTS, before I rehomed him, hated my DG with a passion so I;d watch out if you do go for it. |

The sunrise I had before also got along with my RTS. |

You'd think there was enough room wouldn't you lol! |

| I had 2 in a 55 gal., and one killed the other. So personally, I would advise on only having one. |
