What, if anything is wrong with my pink gouramis?
My pink gouramis have white patches on their faces. I'm not sure if that is normal or not. I just noticed them a few days ago. Can anybody help me or atleast put my mind at ease. I got the tank about 2 weeks ago, fish and all. I don't know anything about pink gouramis, other then what I read on a few different web pages. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Liz
P.S
I have photo's, but i'm not sure how to attach them.

Here are some pictures, I looked up that list you sent, it doesn't look like any of those sound. It said fungus would look cottony, I don't think my babies look like they have cotton on them. Maybe you could tell by the pictures. Thanks for your reply. I appreciate it.

You just got the tank, right? Have you tested the water for ammonia, nitrites, nitrates?
If not you need to get a kit and test it. That's a lot of fish in that small tank, quickly polluting the water, and the goldfish shouldn't really be there since they are cold water fish.

you have this exact post under general discussion, right?
It would be much easier to have one post. If I come up with anything, I am going to say it there where more people have commented.
For the future, you run the risk of having one thread deleted by a moderator if you do doubles. Just so you know!

Yes, i have tested the tank, I test atleast once a week, sometimes 2. The gold fish was there when I got the tank. The lady that had the tank before me had the goldfish in there for 1 1/2 yrs. The temperature was the same as I have it right now. The levels are all at the right place for the gouramis, atleast that's what I've read on differnt sites.
Any other ideas?? All the input is helpful. Thanks.

Yeah I do, the one in general was my first post, I didn't know exactly how to post. I put it under the gourami board b/c i figured it would be better in it's place there. But I know there are different places to post now, so my next post won't be doubled. Promise. Thanks
