even if your water is perfect you need to do a water change every once in a while to remove the wast and plus everyone like new clean water every once in a while

Your blue gourami is an egg layer/bubble nest builder. I would refer you to several links that might help you figure this out...

a large community tank is never choice when considering breeding fish. After looking at the photo of your tank, I am sure fry would have little or no chance of survival.

I know very little about breeding gourami, but that bulge does not look like the place that most fish keep their eggs. I could be very mistaken about the location of gourami ovaries, however, so don't take my word as "law".

Yes! This Trichogaster trichopterus is full of eggs.
As previously stated; this is an egg laying fish in which the male builds a bubble nest, if he is mature enough and the water conditions are right.
They spawn every 33 days. I actually spawn mine in a 29 gal. planted community tank.
I entice the male to start building the nest by increasing C02 to drop ph by 2 points. Then I gently remove the eggs and put them in a divided fry tank to hatch and raise.
